LEADERSHIP GROUP
This leadership group meets once a week to coordinate the work. Cases that one needs to hear the other's opinion on, will be discussed and decided on. Some client matters may not fit into already set rules and regulations, in which cases the group will make individual decision. The group is a place for encouragement and support, but also a place where challenges can and will be given.
