New and fancy - it looks good, but is it?
My Sisters works in a part of Addis Abeba where new buildings rise up everywhere. New roads are constructed, so where many before found a small peace of land to build a house of clay on, everything is now taken for buildings or the very wide road that will eventually go through the whole city.

It is new and looks good, but for the clients of My Sisters it is more like a disaster. It is difficult to find a room for rent. The prices have doubled and the income for a day-labourer, on which many of the clients depend, did not follow.
